In "My Cart" the system calculates and reports the exact shipping costs.
The delivery date is calculated in business days and includes the days of preparation.
In case you would like to receive Kinafoto products in different directions, you must have to make a purchase for any different address, this is because the system do not accept more than one destination in a single purchased.
When we ship an order, we will contact the client by email to indicate the tracking number of the shipping.
As soon as you receive your parcel, please check the packaging and inform immediately the courier in charge of the delivery if the packaging is damaged, wet or altered. It is not possible to claim after that moment. Do not accept the package in case of damage and/or alteration.

In case the order is returned to our office because it was not possible delivery at the address indicated at the purchase. The order will sent again to the client when the shipping costs have been payed. Kinafoto reserves the right to refuse to process an order if exceptional reasons are given.
