Do I need to register to place an order? Although registration is not required to place an order at our store, if you register as an user, you can enter whenever you need and check the status of your current orders, previous purchases, manage your billing and delivery addresses, etc.

Can I change or remove an item from my order? In the buying process, you can add and remove products from the Cart as many times you need it. In the moment before the payment, you can modify the Cart, but once the payment is made, you can not change your order.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can. You will need to contact us and indicate the order number that we have given. If your order is being transported or already have it delivered, we will treat it as a return.

How can I be sure I made a purchase? When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

In case of not finishing an order, Can I get finish it later? If you have registered as a user to place an order, your cart will systematically saved with the articles you have added so you can finish your purchase anytime withouth start from the beginning. Items will remain in "My Cart" for a month, after that time your cart is automatically deleted.

 

Payment and Billing

What are the payment methods? Currently, we accept three different payment methods: bank transfer, credit card payment and Paypal.

Can I finance my purchase? We do not offer finance methods or pay in installments. Only orders will be handled once they have been paid.

The prices include VAT? Yes, the prices shown in the store include 21% VAT regulation in Spain.

Can I have an invoice of my purchase? Yes. At the moment we ask billing data, indicate the data of your company and additionally let us know that you require a bill of your purchase.

I made a mistake with the information in the payment process, How can I change it? For security you can not edit the data uploaded at the moment of the payment. Please contact us to confirm that the orden have not been placed and proceed to start the payment process again.

 

Returns

Can I return my order once received? You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. No need to provide any explanation, any item back in perfect conditions, unused and in its original packaging will accepted.

How do I return an item once received? Contact us and we will explain how to proceed. If the return is for an item defect, it must notify within 5 days after receipt.

If otherwise, we accept your return too, but you must pay shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund? Once the product is back in our store and after checking its conditions, we will proceed to refunde the amount of the article, excluding shipping and handling.

The refund will be made through the same medium that was used to make the payment of the purchase.
