When you decide to place an order, you are asked to complete an order form. The order form requires your name, billing and shipping address, and payment method. You should also include other information fields such as your telephone number, to allow us to contact you regarding your order if necessary. This information is collected to make your shopping experience with us as smooth and pleasant as possible. It is used only for the benefit of Kinafoto and our customer.
By placing an order at Kinafoto, you warrant that you are older than 18 years and has legal capacity to enter into this contract.
These Conditions are the only applicable to the use of this website and supersede any other, except express prior consent written from kinafoto. These conditions are important for the customer and for us, because they have been developed to protect legally the customer rights and our rights as a company.
Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information is produced, we do not warrant the accuracy and security of information transmitted or obtained through this website unless it is established otherwise expressly therein.
At the moment you place your order, you declare you have read and agree the following conditions:
All articles are subject to its availability in the store, in this sense, if there is any difficulties in their supply, or if it is not longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about other substitute articles of equal or superior quality to those you have ordered. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund the amount of your order.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products is the stipulated on our website, except in cases of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option of reconfirming your order with the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order shall be canceled and you will receive a full refund of your order.
We will not be obliged to supply the product / s to an incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable.
Vat is included in the prices of each product. Shipping costs are not included, it will be added at the moment you place your order. Here you can read our Shipping & Delivery Conditions.
The prices of the products are subject to change any time, except as stated above, this changes will not affect any orders that we have already sent a Confirmation.
Once you have added the articles to the Cart, the next step to place your order is complete the process and make the payment. To do this:
- Click at "My Cart" at the top of the page to check all the articles added.
- Click at "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- Fill in or check your contact details, the details of your order, the address where you would like to be sent the order, and the information related to billing.
- Select a Payment Method.
- Click "Authorize payment".
By default, this website presents prices on Value Added Tax (VAT) 21%. Any purchase within the area of VAT in the EU is subject to VAT, unless a business out of Spain with a intracomunitary VAT number validation or if the client is in Canarias, Ceuta o Melilla.
You can place your online payment at Kinafoto through Paypal, Credit Card such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express or by bank transfer:
Place your purchase through Paypal quickly and safely. All the payment process is done directly through the Paypal platform. An the time your order payment is made, PayPal will send us a email notification in which they indicate us the transaction.
When we receive the email confirmation of your payment from Paypal, we will prepare and ship your order.
Sometimes this confirmation can be immediately and sometimes if it is an international transaction it can take 24/48 hrs to receive the email confirmation.
* Credit Card
The payment process Kinafoto is done securely through SSL encryption, therefore, when you enter your details to pay, you will redirect to an secure portal TPV where you can directly enter your information and make a payment through a secure server. Paypal or Credit Card.
After a payment you are confirming that the credit card use is yours. This is subject to validation checks and authorization by the station of the same entity, but if such entity fails to authorize payment, Kinafoto will not be responsable for any delay or non-delivery in the purchase.
* Wire Transfer
Pay your order by wire transfer and get 2% OFF on your purchase.
After you placed your order, we will send you an email with bank details and the amount of your order with 2% OFF.
Articles of purchase will be reserved in our store over 3 days while the transfer bank is confirmed. At the moment our Administration Department confirm the transfer bank, we will proceed to send your order.
After 3 days we will release the material if the payment has not been made.
As a additional information, Bank Transfers can last 24/48 to be confirmed.

Formation of the Contract
This information and the details contained in this website does not constitute an offer to sell, but an invitation to do business. There will be no contract in connection with any product until your order has been accepted by us (even if already had been deducted from your account). If your offer is not accepted and already had made a charge on your account, the amount thereof will be refunded.
To order, you must follow the shopping process online and click "Authorize payment". After the order has been placed you will receive an email with details of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). Note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, since it constitutes an offer that makes us to buy one or more products.
All orders are subject to acceptance and we will confirm such acceptance by sending an email which will confirm that the product is being shipped (the Confirmation). The contract for the purchase of a product (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.

As a store we want you to be happy with your purchase, that is why we make returns easy for you:
- Item return because you have changed the opinion: You have fourteen (14) days for returns or exchanges, counting from the day of receiving the order, except in personalized items.

Once we receive your email, we will contact you with indications.
* To make changes or refunds, the product must be in perfect conditions and in its original packaging.
* We will not accept returns or exchanges that do not contain the original packaging, except if it is a defective item.
* Once we receive and verify the good conditions of the article (s), we will proceed to make the refund of the purchase.
* In case of a consumable item the refund will be partial, the amount of the refund will depend of the article.
* For exchange or refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs is under the client responsibility, unless the return is due to a damage product.
- Return item defect: If at the moment you receive your order you notice the item is defective or does not work, please contact us throught the contact form or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:

Once we receive your email, we will contact you in less than 24 hrs with indications.
* If the return is due to defects in the product, we can send you a new product or you can ask for a refund of the purchase. In that case, it will be refunded in full, including shipping costs.
* The refund will be made through the same medium that you have used to make the payment of the purchase.
* It not possible the return on Personalized items.
* Please manage carefully the products while are on your possession and keep, the original box and packaging in case you need to make a return.
